Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki The eldest daughter of three born in Stamford Connecticut in the year 1978, to Eileen Dolan (nee Medvey) and Dimitrios R. Psaki. Dimitrios R. Psaki is a retired realty developer whose grandfather emigrated in 1904 to Greece and whose mother was Irish. Her parents got married in the year 1976. Psaki is also a Polish-American. In 1996 she graduated from Greenwich High School. In 2000 she graduated from the College of William & Mary with a degree in English and sociology. She is a Chi Omega member. Psaki spent two years as an elite backstroke swimmer at William & Mary Tribe. Psaki began her career in 2001 when she was involved in the re-election campaigns of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki was then appointed deputy press secretary to John Kerry's presidential campaign in 2004. From 2005 to the year 2006, Psaki served as communications director to U.S. representative Joseph Crowley as well as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced that Psaki will serve as an analyst for the 2022 United States elections and during the 2024 presidential election. In 2023 she will host the Peacock streaming show on MSNBC. [35] Psaki made her first TV appearance after leaving her position as White House Press Secretary on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon discussing the Robb Elementary School shooting.
